  I have had multiple memberships for years with this place mainly due to convenience for location. I will NEVER use these CROOKS again. After realizing one of the accounts was cancelled last year, I requested for it to be renewed. She asked...do you have your debit card? I said I didn't have it with me that I would be paying with cash and I would bring my debit card next time. She said that would be $35 and some change. She took the cash, gave me my change and told my teen which bed to go to. I asked I thought I had to pay separate for the upgrade. She then proceeds to tell me I paid for the visit and not the membership renewal because they have to have a debit card. I replied I'm not paying $35 for one visit. I want my money back and we will just come back when I have the debit card. They CAN't do that. They can't refund money once it has already been entered in their outdated computers even though no one had tanned at that point. She called the manager who said the same thing. Crooks. Then she wanted to argue with me, the customer, saying she told me that prior to taking my money. Not true. Even challenged her to pull her video. She did not. They would not refund my money. I cancelled my other two memberships. Not a way to run a business. I think anyone considering the use of this location needs to know how they treat their customers. And for the love of Pete, do not buy any of their over-priced lotions. They can be found on Amazon for a QUARTER of the price they charge. And do not listen to their nonsense how buying from Amazon you're getting watered down lotions. They run their business like crooks.
